Testing fields

The entire sustainable agriculture demonstrator is a living-lab, however, we also dedicate an area of about 0.2 hectares for specific studies.

As a collaborative laboratory, the Food4sustainability CoLAB's priority is to study various agricultural practices and establish sustainability indices, to disseminate and help implement and promote sustainable food production.

From the choice of varieties adapted to the region, to the weeding methods best suited to producers, their land, and the environment, to the use of microorganisms for higher productivity and quality, it is in the so-called "test field" that new possibilities begin.
